Tuition
Tuition for MPTP is used to cover all expenses related to training and professionally developing Residents throughout their time with the program, including the costs of all materials.
Our goal is to ensure that our tuition costs are low and remain competitive among other certification providers. The tuition cost of MPTP is $2600. The BCPSS has agreed to subsidize a considerable portion of tuition for all Residents, with exact subsidy amounts varying by educational degree and high-need placement status. According to the BCPSS, the school system will cover: 50% of the tuition for Residents with an MA or higher, 75% of the tuition for Residents with a BA and no higher degree, and 100% of the tuition for any Residents who pursue professional certification in the high needs areas of Math, Science, Special Education, Foreign Language, and Early Childhood Education, regardless of educational degree.
